We are seeking passionate Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our dynamic production team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production lines operate smoothly by supplying materials and monitoring machinery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of materials to avoid overloading or underloading of machines.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure the production process is running smoothly.
• Maintain communication with the production team regarding material supply.
• Document any issues or discrepancies during the production run.
• Train new team members on best practices for material handling and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

Technical Skills

• Automated machinery handling

Soft Skills

• Physical stamina

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing principles awareness

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift certification: Certification to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Experience with automated production machinery: Hands-on experience with automated systems and processes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Familiarity with Lean principles to enhance operational efficiency.
