Job Description

We are seeking a skilled weaver to join our vibrant team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for weaving high-quality fabrics in line with specific designs provided by our design team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate weaving machines according to specifications.
• Monitor fabric quality during the weaving process.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
• Thread and rethread machines as necessary.
• Conduct regular maintenance on weaving equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other fabricators and operators.
• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and organized.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in weaving or a similar skill is a plus

Experience

• Experience with different types of weaving machines and equipment.

• Fabric knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
