As a Pourer and Caster, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the pouring and casting of metal. This role requires a keen eye for detail and adherence to safety protocols to ensure high-quality production.
Responsibilities
Oversee the operational readiness of casting equipment.
Engage in the pouring process while maintaining product quality.
Document daily production metrics and report to supervisors.
Collaborate closely with quality control teams to ensure standards are met.
Support training of new team members in pouring and casting techniques.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant vocational training is an advantage.
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal casting.
Technical Skills
Understanding of steel manufacturing processes

Languages

Previous experience in the steel industry: Hands-on experience within the steel manufacturing sector.
