Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mold Polisher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for polishing molds to ensure smooth and flawless surfaces, utilising various tools and techniques while adhering to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform polishing operations on molds using various techniques and tools.
• Ensure all polished surfaces meet the required specifications.
• Detect and report any issues or defects during the polishing process.
• Work closely with engineers to achieve desired surface finishes.
• Help train new team members in mold polishing techniques.
• Maintain and calibrate polishing equipment and tools.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant training in molding or finishing processes is advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Different Mold Materials
• Technical Drawings Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving Skills
• Communication Skills

Advantageous

• Experience Working with Complex Molds: Hands-on experience with polishing complex mold designs and surfaces.
• Certification in Health and Safety Practices: Certification demonstrating knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
