Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Production Grader to join our quality assurance team. Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products systematically to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and report issues to the supervision team.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Meet daily production targets while upholding quality standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
• Mentor apprentices and new team members on quality assessment techniques.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Familiarity with textile manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Grading software
