Hydraulic Press Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Press Operator to operate and maintain hydraulic presses in our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with hydraulic systems and a keen eye for detail to ensure the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hydraulic presses following standard operating procedures.
• Adjust controls to set cycle times and feed rates.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document production activities according to company standards.
• Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Assist in training new employees on press operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or machinery operations.

Experience

• Additional experience with specific press models or brands is advantageous.
