We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in Cardiff to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain optimization projects to enhance operational performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain strategies with customer demand.
• Investigate and resolve supply chain issues, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for supply chain activities.
• Implement technologies and systems to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in a managerial role

Technical Skills

• Demand Forecasting
• Supplier Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
