Job Description

As a Leather Goods Assembler, you will play an integral role in the manufacturing of exquisite leather products. Your responsibilities include assembling, stitching, and finishing various leather goods with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow design specifications accurately for assembling leather products.
• Use specialised leatherworking tools efficiently and safely.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss projects and improvements.
• Train and support new team members in assembly processes.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and report shortages.
• Keep accurate records of production output.
• Contribute to a positive team environment, fostering collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in leatherworking or related fields is desired

Experience

• Experience in a similar role with a focus on quality control is advantageous.
