Job Description

As a Product Safety Associate, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our products meet safety standards throughout their lifecycle. Your role includes conducting risk assessments, monitoring product performance, and implementing safety measures to reduce potential hazards. A collaborative approach with cross-functional teams is essential to enhance safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product audits and safety inspections.
  • Track and report on product performance metrics related to safety.
  • Work with design teams to integrate safety elements into new products.
  • Monitor emerging safety regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between departments regarding safety issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is essential.
  • Professional certifications in product safety, such as CSP or REHS, are advantageous.
Experience
  • 2+ years in product safety or related roles.
