Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager based in Bristol, you will oversee all aspects of supply chain logistics and procurement. You will be responsible for optimizing inventory management and improving operational efficiency, ensuring the smooth running of the supply chain process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing and procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to maximize value.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and develop management reports.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives within the supply chain to enhance corporate responsibility.
  • Train team members on best practices in supply chain management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve issues and streamline processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline
  • MBA or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial role within supply chain functions
