We are seeking a skilled Blade Worker responsible for operating machinery to shape, cut, and sharpen blades. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a grasp of various cutting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage blade cutting operations ensuring precision and quality.
• Work closely with design teams to understand blade requirements.
• Inspect finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
• Identify and fix any mechanical issues with cutting equipment.
• Assist in training new staff on machinery operation and safety.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in production workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Qualifications in Engineering or related fields preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
