We are seeking skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality gloves, ensuring that each product meets our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in the development of new glove designs and prototypes.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the sewing machinery.
• Work closely with quality control teams to resolve any discrepancies in production.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in the craft.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but vocational training in textiles is advantageous.

Experience

• Prior experience in glove making or a similar role in manufacturing is preferred.
