Job Description

Join our team as a Drier Operator, where you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our drier operations. The ideal applicant should possess the know-how in operating industrial driers and a keen eye for detail to ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials in the drying machines.
• Modify machine settings for different product types.
• Keep detailed logs of machinery operation and maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with QC teams for quality assurance.
• Assist in training of new employees on drier operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
• Actively engage in team meetings for process improvement discussions.
• Comply with company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in Manufacturing or Production Operations

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector

Technical Skills

• Experience with automated machinery and equipment
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Time management

Certifications

• HACCP Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
