Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Melter, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining melting equipment. This role includes ensuring the proper melting and pouring of metals in accordance with specifications. Previous experience in metalworking is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently manage melting schedules to prevent downtime.
  • Perform equipment diagnostics and upkeep.
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Report discrepancies in metal quality to management.
  • Help implement new melting techniques and equipment.
  • Review technical specifications and ensure compliance.
  • Engage in continuous skill development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Vocational training in Metalworking or equivalent
Experience
  • At least 2 years in a production environment
