Job Description

As a Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machinery to bleach and dye fabrics, ensuring all processes meet stringent quality standards. You will need to work closely with the production and quality control teams to achieve desired outcomes and maintain safety standards. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Control the operation of bleaching and dyeing machines to ensure efficient production.
  • Calibrate equipment and maintain dyeing solutions.
  • Conduct inspections on raw materials and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare production reports and communicate with supervisory staff.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols during operations.
  • Assist in training new personnel in machine operation and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards.
  • Participate in troubleshooting mechanical issues with support from maintenance staff.
  • Innovate and suggest improvements in production processes.
  • Ensure all products meet customer specifications before shipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Textile Engineering preferred
  • Certifications in dyeing processes are an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in machine operation
