Job Description

As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will be responsible for the precise placement of warp threads on looms to ensure high-quality fabric production. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to maintain production efficiency and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team in achieving daily targets.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on looms and alert management of any repair needs.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during weaving processes.
• Assist in unpacking and organizing raw materials for production.
• Keep a detailed log of production runs and any issues encountered.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in textile manufacturing preferred

Experience

• Experience with specialized looms (e.g., dobby or jacquard) is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Weaving Software Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
