Responsibilities

• Craft innovative fabric items by interpreting design specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to guarantee high standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve workflows and processes.
• Research new materials and techniques to enhance product offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Fashion Design or Textile Engineering preferred

Experience

• Preferred 3+ years of relevant experience in fabric manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Natural Fabric Knowledge
• Pattern Making

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software for textile design: Experience with computer-aided design software for creating fabric patterns.
