Job Description

As a Dry Box Tender, you will operate and maintain dry box machines, ensuring efficient and safe operations within our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the operation of dry box machines.
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as necessary.
• Adjust dry box settings to ensure product quality.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
• Compile and maintain production records and logs.
• Work with colleagues to achieve production targets.
• Evaluate equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in the training of junior operators.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing operations is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
