Responsibilities

• Utilize cutting equipment effectively to shape iron materials based on detailed drawings.
• Conduct regular machinery checks and maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cutting tasks.
• Work closely with quality control teams to uphold production standards.
• Train and assist new team members in operational procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and communicate needs to supervisors.
• Engage in continuous skill development and training initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve cutting processes.
• Implement best practices for efficient iron cutting techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of relevant vocational training or apprenticeship
• Certification in metal fabrication techniques is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a metal fabrication setting.
