Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Leeds office. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our software products through diligent testing and validation processes. Your insights will help shape our products and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprints as part of the QA team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Investigate and analyse issues reported by users and gather feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes and results.
• Assist in the development of new testing tools and frameworks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing

Technical Skills

• Automated Testing Tools
• Performance Testing

Certifications

• QA Certification (e.g., QCP)
• Agile Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a DevOps environment: Experience working in a DevOps culture focusing on CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
