Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Control Systems Manager to oversee our quality control processes and ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily quality control operations to maintain compliance with quality assurance standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for quality control personnel on best practices and updates in quality processes.
  • Review and analyse quality reports to highlight areas needing attention.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the quality department.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure products meet quality specifications.
  • Manage the quality management system and ensure it is adequately maintained.
  • Promote a health and safety culture throughout the production area.
  • Assist in obtaining quality certifications such as ISO 9001.
  • Prepare reports on quality performance for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or a similar field
  • Certifications in quality control methodologies are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control systems management
