Job Description

As a Brick Maker, you will play a crucial role in our production team, responsible for manufacturing and shaping bricks that meet the highest quality standards. You will operate machinery and ensure the efficient production of bricks for various construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixers, kilns, and moulding machines for brick production.
• Ensure raw materials are mixed correctly to achieve desired brick properties.
• Participate in training to enhance skills in brick-making techniques.
• Support team members in daily operations and production troubleshooting.
• Adhere to production timelines and quality control measures.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

Experience

• Prior experience in the construction industry will be advantageous.
