Slotter Operator Helper

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Slotter Operator Helper to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assist in the setup and operation of slotting machines while ensuring the maintenance of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Slotter Operator in daily operations of slotting machines.
• Ensure materials are fed into machines in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular checks on machine performance.
• Work as part of the team to meet production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the working environment.
• Document any issues or repairs needed for the machines.
• Assist in training new staff on operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders regarding production updates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma; vocational training is a plus

Experience

• Experience operating slotting machines is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of slotter machine maintenance
• Basic math skills

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Dependability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry: Experience in jobs that require machine operation and manual handling.
