Job Description

As a Service Unit Operator, you will operate and maintain well service rigs to ensure efficient operations within the oil and gas industry. Your role will involve working closely with drilling teams, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed during servicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of well service rigs during well servicing.
• Report on the daily performance and any potential issues.
• Follow established procedures for on-site safety and maintenance.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and tools.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational strategies.
• Assist with logistical planning for equipment transport to sites.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rig operations and safety improvements.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Oil and Gas Operations preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of well servicing experience in challenging environments
