Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Printed Circuit Board Panels Plater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plating techniques specifically on PCB panels. They will be responsible for ensuring the proper plating of circuit board panels, meeting quality standards, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up plating machines for PCB panels.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to during operations.
  • Conduct detailed inspections of plated panels to meet quality standards.
  • Assist with inventory management of plating materials.
  • Work with engineering teams on process improvements.
  • Participate in regular safety and compliance training.
  • Maintain records of production output and quality checks.
  • Support the transition to new plating technologies as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training or certifications in plating processes are advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in PCB plating.
