Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record in managing teams. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that ensure consistent pipeline growth and push our sales objectives forward.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic sales initiatives that align with overall business goals.
  • Guide team members in setting realistic sales goals and monitor their performance.
  • Identify potential clients through networking and market research.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback.
  • Develop and manage budgets for sales initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Foster a positive and productive team atmosphere.
  • Utilise CRM tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Report directly to upper management on progress towards sales goals.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and sales tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership
