We are on the lookout for a skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our Gloucester team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing our sales processes and supporting data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and collaborating with sales teams to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to the sales team, identifying key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations.
• Produce monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and reports.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve workflows.
• Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in data cleansing and management to ensure accuracy.
• Manage CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in sales meetings to present findings and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business or Sales Analytics is a plus

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or data analysis
