Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Bowling Alley Manager to oversee our facility's operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, supervising staff, and coordinating events to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operations and management functions within the bowling alley.
  • Drive customer service excellence by leading by example.
  • Develop and assess budgets and financial reports, identifying areas for cost reduction.
  • Foster a positive team culture and facilitate staff training and development.
  • Plan and execute promotional events to boost attendance and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for supplies and services.
  • Encourage customer feedback and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
  • Utilise social media and other marketing platforms to increase visibility and community engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports for the General Manager regarding operational performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Leisure Management is beneficial.
Experience
  • Experience in event management or marketing is a plus.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and scheduling software.
