Formula Room Worker

Job Description

As a Formula Room Worker, you'll be integral to the preparation and production of formula products. Your role will ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while maintaining a neat and well-organised work area. Responsibilities

• Mixing and preparing formula products based on daily production schedules.
• Ensuring that all equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
• Conducting routine checks on raw materials and reporting stock levels.
• Performing regular quality assurance checks on the formulas.
• Efficiently packaging goods for timely dispatch.
• Keeping the work area meticulously clean and organised.
• Logging production records accurately for reporting.
• Following all health and safety protocols strictly.
• Working closely with the quality control team for product analysis.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Food Hygiene Certificate

Experience

• Experience in a formula room or similar manufacturing role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Machinery operation
• Knowledge of GMP

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Time management

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with inventory management systems: Ability to handle inventory related tasks efficiently.
• Understanding of Quality Assurance procedures: Knowledge in QA practices for food safety.
