Job Description

As a Civil Engineer at Structural Solutions Ltd., you will collaborate with architects and contractors to design, supervise, and implement major construction projects. We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a passion for sustainable development and innovative construction methods.

Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership and technical expertise in civil engineering design.
  • Reviewing and approving project designs and specifications.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and preliminary project assessments.
  • Facilitating meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project goals.
  • Monitoring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Preparing project budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensuring structural integrity and safety of engineering designs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success.
  • Training and mentoring junior engineers and interns.
  • Participating in professional development and industry events to enhance knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
