Job Description

As the Supervisor of Communications, you will lead and coordinate all communication strategies within our organisation. Your role will involve managing a talented team, ensuring brand consistency, and enhancing our presence across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead internal and external communication strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations of the communications team to meet deadlines.
  • Evaluate and report on the success of communication initiatives.
  • Lead crisis communication efforts and develop appropriate responses.
  • Build strong relationships with journalists and stakeholders.
  • Guide the production of marketing materials and company publications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with social media management tools.
Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience in video production or editing.: Hands-on skills in creating and editing video content for campaigns.
  • Additional qualifications in communications or PR.: Certifications or training relevant to communications management.
