Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Gasket Supervisor to lead our production team in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in gasket manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the manufacturing processes and the ability to motivate a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gasket production team and oversee daily operations.
• Ensure production meets quality and safety standards.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of production staff.
• Drive initiatives for improving production efficiency.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team for compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of production performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to address performance issues.
• Conduct training sessions on health and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications related to manufacturing are preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities.
