Job Description

We are looking for a Top Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software applications for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead software installation projects and ensure completion to a high standard.
• Communicate with clients to clarify their requirements and provide expert advice.
• Conduct quality control inspections during and after installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities and client feedback.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide timely reports to senior management on project statuses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or similar
• Relevant technical certifications are preferred

Experience

• Experience with at least one programming language and database management system

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• CompTIA A+ or equivalent

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
