We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Birmingham team. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and data interpretation to help drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and forecasting to enhance decision-making.
• Draft detailed reports summarizing financial results and projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial planning.
• Provide insights on budget management and financial efficiency.
• Assist in variance analysis for departmental budgets.
• Develop dashboards to visualize financial metrics.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings to management.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data reported.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial roles

• CIMA Certification
