Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee various accounting functions within our firm. This position demands an understanding of financial regulations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our finance team to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Participate in strategic financial planning and analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in senior accounting positions

Technical Skills

• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in SQL: Knowledge of SQL for managing and analyzing financial data.
• Experience in Financial Modelling: Ability to build and maintain financial models effectively.
