Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure they receive tailored insurance solutions.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Engage in ongoing prospecting activities to attract new clients.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior brokers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to represent the company.
  • Monitor and report on market trends to management.
  • Work to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an insurance broker
