We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Leicester. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing financial records, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role in providing insights through financial analysis and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with UK tax regulations.
• Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
• Maintain all financial documentation in accordance with legal standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACCA or ACA qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
