Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team in Luton. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, capable of interpreting complex data to help drive business decisions and improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data to provide insights into business performance.
• Create and maintain financial models to predict future performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Work with the finance team to streamline financial processes.
• Conduct market research to inform business strategy.
• Review and validate budget proposals from various departments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree or professional qualification (ACCA/ACA) preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role

• Financial Modelling

Certifications

• CIMA or CFA preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a financial services environment: Experience in a banking or financial services company is advantageous.
