We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Watford office. In this role, you will analyse financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed reports on financial performance and projections.
• Collaborate with different departments to align financial objectives.
• Perform variance analysis to ensure correct budget allocations.
• Identify trends in financial performance and make recommendations.
• Create and maintain financial spreadsheets and presentations.
• Support financial planning and analysis activities.
• Assist in regulatory compliance reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related fields

Technical Skills

• Budgeting

Certifications

• CFA or equivalent
