Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and design process of civil engineering projects.
• Review and approve project designs and modifications.
• Foster relationships with clients and external partners.
• Analyse survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.
• Create and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns during project execution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering roles
