We are looking for a motivated and experienced Spring Up Supervisor to join our team. As a Spring Up Supervisor, you will oversee the spring up process, coordinating with teams to ensure tasks are completed timely and accurately.
Responsibilities
Supervise spring up operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate with production team to meet production targets.
Ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.
Train and mentor new team members in operational procedures.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
Maintain records of production output, quality control, and inventory.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during operations.
Collaborate with other supervisors to optimise overall production efficiency.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or landscaping
