Spring Up Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Spring Up Supervisor to join our team. As a Spring Up Supervisor, you will oversee the spring up process, coordinating with teams to ensure tasks are completed timely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise spring up operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with production team to meet production targets.
• Ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment and tools.
• Train and mentor new team members in operational procedures.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Maintain records of production output, quality control, and inventory.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during operations.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to optimise overall production efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or landscaping
