Job Responsibilities
  • Develop community engagement strategies and initiatives
  • Assist in organizing fundraising events and activities
  • Monitor and track the progress of community programs
  • Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders
  • Create newsletters and other communications for volunteers and the community
  • Support the Director of Operations in administrative duties as needed
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Project Management Expertise in managing multiple community projects simultaneously.
  • Report Writing Skilled in writing concise and effective reports for stakeholders.
  • Event Planning Proficient in planning and organizing successful community events.
  • Social Media Management Experienced in managing community-focused social media campaigns.
  • Communication Excellent communication skills with different audiences.
  • Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving Strong skills in creative and practical problem-solving.
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Background in education or training: Experience in educational programming or training facilitation.
  • Knowledge of grant management processes: Familiarity with overseeing the financial aspects of grants.
