The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing outreach programs, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring our initiatives align with community needs. Responsibilities

• Develop community engagement strategies and initiatives
• Assist in organizing fundraising events and activities
• Monitor and track the progress of community programs
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders
• Create newsletters and other communications for volunteers and the community
• Support the Director of Operations in administrative duties as needed

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development or related field
• Professional certification in non-profit management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with proven success in community initiatives

Certifications

• Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
