Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase donations and support for our various programmes. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for social change.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct and grow fundraising campaigns to maximise donations.
  • Engage with community stakeholders and local businesses for partnerships.
  • Write compelling proposals and reports for potential and existing donors.
  • Facilitate training for team members on best practices in fundraising.
  • Evaluate and improve fundraising systems and processes.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Fundraising Software Proficient in using fundraising management software and donor databases.
  • Grant Writing Expertise in writing successful grant proposals and managing grants.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for outreach.
  • Networking Strong ability to build relationships and expand donor networks.
  • Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Community outreach experience: Hands-on experience working with community stakeholders and leaders.
  • Public speaking: Comfortable presenting at events and engaging with diverse audiences.
