Job Description

As a Program Proposals Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our mission to develop impactful programmes. Your role involves coordinating proposals, ensuring compliance and collaborating with stakeholders to secure funding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of programme proposals.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and enhance proposal quality.
  • Research funding opportunities to support new initiatives.
  • Compile and review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the Program Development Manager in strategic planning.
  • Track the effectiveness of submitted proposals and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in programme coordination or a similar role
