Job Description

As a Human Services Manager, you will oversee the efficient functioning of human services programs while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to providing support and assistance to individuals, promoting their well-being and social integration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and development of human services initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and regulations in program delivery.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend service modifications.
  • Provide supervision and support to social workers and support staff.
  • Create reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
