Job Description
The Youth Services Specialist will be responsible for assessing the needs of young individuals and developing actionable plans. You will implement innovative programmes and provide guidance in various domains, including education and mental health.
Responsibilities
Work closely with youths to identify their challenges and strengths.
Engage in outreach activities to connect with at-risk youth populations.
Facilitate group activities that encourage teamwork and social skills.
Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.
Develop partnerships with local schools and services to better serve youth.
Advocate for youth needs in community meetings and events.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology
Master's degree in related field is an advantage
Experience
At least 2 years working with young people in support or mentoring roles.
