Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will drive community engagement, develop outreach strategies, and form partnerships with local organisations. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to strengthen community relations and promote our initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead community engagement initiatives and outreach projects.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and non-profit organisations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote community involvement.
  • Evaluate the success of outreach programs and recommend enhancements.
  • Craft communication materials for outreach campaigns.
  • Analyze community feedback to improve outreach approaches.
  • Support fundraising efforts and community campaigns.
  • Represent the organisation at community meetings and public forums.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Community Development or Public Relations is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in community outreach or social services
