As a Rehabilitation Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to identify and achieve their career goals. Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' capabilities and readiness for job placement.
• Conduct workshops on effective job searching techniques.
• Provide guidance for clients in their transition from education to employment.
• Help clients modify their job search strategies based on market feedback.
• Assist clients in overcoming barriers to employment, such as skills deficiencies.
• Maintain partnerships with local businesses for job placement opportunities.
• Organise community outreach programs to raise awareness about available services.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in counseling or related field is preferred
• Professional certification in career counselling is desirable

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
