Clergy (Church Pastor)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Church Pastor to lead our congregational services, provide spiritual guidance, and engage in community outreach to strengthen our church's mission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging sermons and lead worship sessions on a regular basis.
• Counsel members of the congregation on spiritual and personal issues.
• Coordinate church activities and manage volunteers.
• Initiate and lead community service projects and social outreach.
• Develop material for Bible studies and educational sessions.
• Foster an inclusive environment that welcomes diverse perspectives.
• Manage administrative responsibilities such as financial records.
• Encourage participation in church events and activities.
• Stay engaged with current church-related issues and trends.
• Promote spiritual growth through mentorship and educational programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field (preferred)
• Ordination or official recognition as a church pastor

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in pastoral care or related roles
