Job Responsibilities
  • Design strategic initiatives to advance equality within the workforce.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaborations on diversity projects.
  • Evaluate the impact of diversity initiatives with data analysis.
  • Host regular meetings to discuss progress on projects.
  • Provide information and training on compliance matters.
  • Support staff engagement and participation in diversity initiatives.
  • Work on external partnerships that align with our inclusion goals.
  • Review and improve existing policies ensuring they reflect best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Report Writing Excellent skills in preparing reports for diverse audiences.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Problem-Solving Strong ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Flexibility Able to adapt plans according to changing needs.
Advantageous
  • Experience in public sector or government organisations: Knowledge of regulations and procedures specific to public service.
  • Professional Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP: Certified qualifications that can enhance project management capabilities.
