Job Description

As an Equal Opportunity Representative, you will spearhead projects aimed at ensuring compliance with diversity policies and promote inclusive practices across the organisation. Your role involves liaising with various stakeholders to foster an environment that champions equality and inclusivity.

Responsibilities

  • Design strategic initiatives to advance equality within the workforce.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaborations on diversity projects.
  • Evaluate the impact of diversity initiatives with data analysis.
  • Host regular meetings to discuss progress on projects.
  • Provide information and training on compliance matters.
  • Support staff engagement and participation in diversity initiatives.
  • Work on external partnerships that align with our inclusion goals.
  • Review and improve existing policies ensuring they reflect best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years working in diversity or equality-focused roles
Technical Skills

Advantageous
